1. Trial Period

Your subscription includes a 30-day risk-free trial. If you are not satisfied, you may cancel within 30 days for a full refund of subscription fees. All equipment provided (including phones) must be returned in good working condition within 10 business days of cancellation. Failure to return equipment will result in charges equal to the full retail value of the devices.

2. Equipment Ownership

Any devices (including but not limited to phones, routers, or accessories) provided during the trial or under your plan remain the property of Content Pro LLC until the completion of the trial period and full payment of all associated charges. Customers are not permitted to retain phones or other equipment if service is canceled during the trial period.

3. Billing & Payments

Setup fees, device costs, and any agreed-upon add-ons are due at the time of checkout. Monthly subscription charges will begin automatically after the 30-day trial period unless you cancel in writing before the end of the trial. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If canceled during the 30-day trial, you will not be charged for the monthly plan, but setup fees and device costs are non-refundable. Refunds after the trial period are not provided for partial months.

5. Limitation of Liability

Content Pro LLC is not liable for damages, losses, or interruptions caused by third-party carriers, internet providers, or force majeure events. Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Privacy & Data

Customer information is collected and processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling services and billing. By proceeding with checkout, you consent to our Privacy Policy, available upon request.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Collin County, Texas.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available under the 30-day risk-free trial. To receive a refund, you must cancel within the trial period and return all provided equipment in good working condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after equipment is received and verified. After the trial period, all payments are non-refundable, including setup fees, device charges, and monthly service fees.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

By signing up for our services, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting Content Pro LLC to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of service and additional collection actions for outstanding balances, including equipment costs. All disputes must be submitted in writing to our support team before escalation to a financial institution.
